Under the Weather

First and foremost, to my friends up and down the east coast, stay safe. Warm and dry too, if you can manage it. Here in Michigan, we're only getting the fringes, but even here, the wind is howling. I'm a worrywart, it's built into my makeup, so know I'm thinking of you.

My sinuses don't much like the weather either, which may explain the title of this blog.

Last week's book signings and interview were a load of fun. Not a lot of customers, but I had a fabulous time with the other authors.

Can you tell I'm loving having a camera on my phone? Left to write, these are Sidney Ayers, D. J. DeSmyter, Gary Olson, moi, Megan Parker, Roxanne Rhoads and Nathan Squiers. This was at the Schulers  Books in Lansing, MI. The best part? They'd ordered three of me EC print books and said all were selling quite well, particularly Immortal Cravings.

This one is at the Genessee District Library in Davison, MI the following night. Most of the same folks attended, and again, we didn't have a big crowd, but the library did offer to shelve any donated books, even erotic romance. So YAY. If you live in Flint, you can now check out my books at the local library.

This week the book signing craziness is done, but the blog tour continues apace. (See below for list and links.) Friday I have author Cathy Perkins on my blog. Furthermore, it's also Halloween, a big deal at our house, my younger offspring's 20th birthday and this weekend, my in-laws are flying in from Washington. The photos below are a couple years old, but you get the drift. We'll see what the menfolk come up with this year.

All in all, I expect it will still be crazy around here. Somehow, it always is. (And I wouldn't have it any other way.) Happy Halloween, stay safe through the storm, and have the best week you can. Hugs from me!

Don't worry about me--no plans to leave the house.
